Looks like you removed an custom object from your game that gave milestones. This is causing issues with the game.

cdkscully c6d90de81b5b1f49 athorra Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see there. Try again to load the affected household, or travel, and when you get stuck on the loading screen indefinitely, look for a new lastexception. (You can close the game after a couple minutes.) If you find one, open it, copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.

Please (continue to) test with your Mods folder removed.
