[CC and Milestones, error code 110-578ef827] Stuck On Loading Screen Sims 4

Help! I have been playing with this same family for over a year in real life at this point, and about a month ago I tried to load into the family and it just-- wouldn't work. The family consists of an adult male and female, two teenage girls, one teenage boy, one dog, and one cat living in San Sequoia (if that means anything). I do use cc and mods, but I have been troubleshooting myself and have tried the following:

- Deleting all of my custom content and mods (completely clearing my mods folder, no defaults or anything)

- Stripping all of the sims of their clothes, hair, skin details, etc. and trying to play

- Bulldozing their house and trying to play

- Moving them to a different lot and trying to play

And none of them have worked. No matter what, this household just loads indefinitely. It'll play the little tune that plays when you regularly load into a household, and will even play the sound of money being earned from the father getting back from work (where I last stopped playing). I tried playing with other households in this same save and they work just fine, even sims I've created. I tried recovering the save as well, and the same issue persisted. Please help!! I love this family so dearly and am so scared of losing them ☹️ If anyone can help, please reach out!

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

    It did make a new file! The Last Exceptions file reads as so when clicked:
