This issue was resolved in Patch 1.91.205.1020.

I assumed it was a faulty or un-updated mod, and tried doing the 50/50 method to narrow it down. No matter what mods I take out, it still doesn't work, even with mods off completely. I can use CAS just fine, and the game seemingly works without any glitches at all literally until I try to save.
The issue with -partial saves reversion- where things like items placed in a house revert as if never placed upon loading the game again yet things like skills earned remain is different from an issue with not actually being allowed to make a save at all.
Are we dumping the two issues together or maybe a different thread be used to distinguish the two?
Is this what the console users are experiencing instead of a -partial saves reversion- issue?
