CC Not Working Please Help!!!

Untill next patch CC will be broken Devs changed something they shouldn't by mistake and now cc doesn't work properly.

Sims 4 Studio one of the main ones that people make CC through fixed for this new patch.

So the newer ones might be fine but check which version they used to make new CC.

Old CC, well I had a problem too, you can do the 50/50 method. Take around half of your files from mod folder and put in a safe place but not in the Sims 4 folder. So test the game with the other you didn't take and see if you still get that message. If not and you can play normaly you know the CC that gave you bad stuff is in the other 50% that you took out. Now slowly include the ones from the back up folder that you put in another place and reintroduce them till you see which one is breaking the game for you.

I would suggest to take out first only the gameplay mods (like eating faster, babies for everyone etc). Many of them were fixed for the new patch and you have to delete old ones and put the new versions.

By the way why are you using the disk?

Sims 4 Studio updated for the patch the day it came out and new content made with it is working just fine. The patch did break CAS content made prior to the patch and we reported that issue here. According to the SimGuru who answered EA plans to fix this problem.
