I would highly recommend McLayneSims on the sims resource has a lot of really nice japanese/korean streetwear, there is also yellowjealousy has some traditional japanese outfits, Kijiko mainly has hairs that look sort of anime like, Studio K Creations has some nice stuff mainly streetwear.
