Not sure, I know Reminisims makes Chinese fantasy themed clothes but I don't think that their tumblr is active anymore, I found this https://b931723.tumblr.com/post/146043952883/chinese-boys-wedding-dress-download and this https://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims4-clothing-male-teenadultelder-everyday/title/male-chinese-jacket/id/1256661/ but I think that these might be some of the only Chinese cc that these creators make. Sorry I don't really know many Chinese cc creators.
