The Sims TeamI cleared nearly everything out except for MCCC and a certain well-known NSFW mod that I knew was giving me weird results. I could make the effect come and go by moving UI Cheats in and out of my mod folder. Localthumbcache was removed prior to each test.
EDIT: and a SFW and not mod example has presented itself:

tested only with Tool and deleted local -> the problem is there
tested without Tool -> Problem is gone.
@HafcioPlease test with only TOOL and no other mods or CC. Removing a mod isn't enough to show that it alone caused a problem. There haven't been reports of issues in TwistedMexi's server, so I suspect there's a conflict.
