Are there supposed to be any live links to mod sources in the "Broken/Obsolete and Updated Sims 4 Mods: 1.101, September 26, 2023 Game Update" lists?

No. We do provide links to bugfixes in that list at AHQ Bugs . When there could be some chance that a web search would land you on the wrong version of a mod, I provide direction in the post here.
