I cleared nearly everything out except for MCCC and a certain well-known NSFW mod that I knew was giving me weird results. I could make the effect come and go by moving UI Cheats in and out of my mod folder. Localthumbcache was removed prior to each test.

EDIT: and a SFW and not mod example has presented itself:

Hey, @darkaudit ! Looks like weerbesu saw the same thing you did. UI Cheats Extension has an update 🙂
