Corrupted File Issue

I downloaded a mod off curseforge, but the file ended up corrupted. I redownloaded, repaired, removed the mod from curseforge and from my mac, but it is still saying that i cannot play due to it saying the file is still there. What should I do?

    Can you post a screenshot of the message please? Also a screenshot of your Mods folder with the full address bar.
