Crystal creation engagement ring cause bug or glitch with my 11th generation sim

My 11th generation sim fiance, who's now her husband, made her an engagement ring and gift it to her. She wore the ring on all her outfits before I got them married I removed the jewelry from her outfits from her inventory. Somehow, the engagement ring showed up again on her outfits when I tried to remove it again it cause mc command to freak out it's not my mods fault it's the crystal creation stuff pack problem. It's funny cause her first husband made her an engagement ring, and I never had this problem, which is weird.

    @KissStar235 Please double check that it's not mod-related with this test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. Some mods broke with the game patch, so there can be new errors from them.
