Downloaded a mod and my male sims are now taller than females?
I don't know if there a height mod that I have downloaded or something, but I am not aware that I have. Does anyone have this issue?

Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Launch the game, start a new save game and see if the same thing occurs in the new save game.
