@Chimichanga128 The main issue seems a digital photo frame causing this LEs. Do you have one at the apartment or your Sims inventory ? You might want to try deleting that.
There's also something about a painting in the inventory.
As for the pool. I would leave it for now. It's been causing issues but that was usually paired with an error code.
If it's working now, maybe the moving out back in has reset the error.

- @Chimichanga128 One error is related to changing phone color the other to an adult mod.
It would be really good if you could play vanilla for while to make sure it's not a mod issue. @crinrictooohh that mod, ok imma do that
