Also wanted to note that I have tried restarting computer multiple times, repairing the game in origin multiple times, deleting all mods, and clearing the cache and it still won't work.
@SimsbySarah95 How big is your save game and how big is the lot you're trying to load ?
Have you tried a folder rename ?
EDIT: Also unmerged the post you posted in the console thread since you're not on console :D
I'm unsure how to see how big the save is but it's multiple generations. On one of the larger lots in willow creek. And thanks, I'm new haha.
I just got this error. It will let me go into the save file and play with a different household but not the household I want to play with.
