Equipping different skin details for the face and body?

I was wondering if there's any way to equip a different skin detail to my face as opposed to the rest of my body? I'm creating a female sim and I like this body skin detail snip and it's perfect exce...

If the first link was Patreon then it's been removed, so I don't actually know what you mean.

I'm assuming that a simple modification to one of the mods to change the category would suffice, or editing the textures of one if it's overlapping on the other.
