Error code 123: 259a6556: 5e24aec7

Please test your issue on a vanilla game

To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

-  localthumbcache
-  Any lastException Files
-  Any LastCrash files.

Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

Same problem after the update. I wish they would just stop updating and screw up my game! 

When I launch and play my household, I get the error code: 123:259a6556:9d1b3256. I tried relaunching the game and didn't work. this is after the game patch today that broke the game completely. SimMatically's Main Menu Overhaul mod got broken by this patch. Please, fix this, I'm really stressed and nervous right now.

I think it's the job of the modders to update their mods not something Ea would fix.

is it a mod problem or that the latest game patch broke the game. I really want this to be fixed!

leoparduniverse7​  Please remove your Mods folder and test again.

If you still get this error, please look for a new lastexception in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  We'd only want one from after you removed the Mods folder, so check the time stamp.  If you find one, you can open it, copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.

Let us know whether you're still seeing that error 123 code as well.

oh kay. so when i launched the vanilla game with last exception and localthumbcache deleted, i launched my save file, and all of the households are deleted both from manage household in other households and my households. but when i launched the other save file, (my first one), it launches just fine, and weirdly, it was able to play the household fine. now im even more worried. can i send over my save file to you by any chance?

leoparduniverse7​  I don't think my testing your save file would accomplish anything.  Do you use a mod that enables hybrid occults?  If so, that might be the reason your sims disappeared—it was the reason the last time at least.  So put that mod back and see what happens.

no. i dont have any mods that enables hybrid occults. i think it was rather my fault for saving the game when the save is in a broken state. to sum it up, is the sims team aware of this, and would fix it soon
