Eyes broken

Even with no CC Sims eyes in the game are completely warped and broken, freaking looking. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save,

  I did do that and even without mods when I pulled the sim in from the gallery the eyes were still like that. I’ll try again

    @StuStuie Could you post the name of the Sim/creator if not yours in the gallery ?
