Eyes broken

Even with no CC Sims eyes in the game are completely warped and broken, freaking looking. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@StuStuie Could you post the name of the Sim/creator if not yours in the gallery ?

I did all that and I have no mods installed, local thumb cache deleted and this still shows up

I complete uninstalled and then reinstalled the game and still its there ;(

    @StuStuie I would like to test if they look the same in my game, so could you upload one and post the name here ?
    
    Also can't you just change the eye color on the second one ?
