mangolingo1031 Is OneDrive running on your computer, and if so, does it help to pause syncing? You can see the option by right-clicking the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
If that's not the issue, what antivirus do you use, and have you set exceptions for Sims 4? There are three executables you'd need to cover: TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64; or you can exempt the entire Bin folder they're in.
Additionally, when a mod or cc item stops working, do you need to delete it and download a fresh copy, or does that not always help? Does your existing copy sometimes go back to working?
