Finding the Mods Folder

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.85.203.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Nil. That's the issue. I run Sims 4 through Origin. I can't find the Mods file to enable me to add any new input. Can anyone explain if its possible or where to find the Sims 4 mod file?
