Folk Barging in Uninvited... Any mods out there?

This issue continues to drive me up the wall. Locking and unlocking doors, failed locks, Sims wandering in, looking around and wandering back out, etc. I've been searching my usual mod resources, but haven't found one. Anyone?

    It looks like LittleMsSam's NPC Autonomy mod handles the situation... so far.
