I've tried mods from three different creators and none of them seem to work to stop townie's obsession with using it. Help?

Wow, thank you! I'll be getting those mods ASAP haha. I wish shift+click to instant repeal is allowed for Sims not from the home neighborhood, but those mods should do the trick.
Pick just one of the two - they won't work together. I've been using Kuttoe's because I also like the ones he added.
