Game Crashes when Making Drink

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? put a drink-making appliance on the lot and make a drink, then have your sim drink it.
What happens when the bug occurs? the game crashes soon after the sim starts drinking the beverage
What do you expect to see? the game shouldn't crash—the sim should just drink their drink, finish it, wash the dish, and return to life as normal.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I do play with mods/CC, but this bug still occurs without. This bug happens primarily with the small drink-making appliances (e.g. coffee/tea brewers, kettle from for rent, etc) as opposed to the larger drink appliances (i.e. espresso machines from get together), but whenever I have my sim make a drink and try to drink it, my game almost always crashes while they're drinking/soon after they finish. I play on an M1 Mac.
