Game crashing while running restaurant

Ok so my game is continuously crashing to desktop in a specific save. Basically I am playing in a legacy save and my sim owns a restaurant. I have the latest version of Carl’s Dine Out Reloaded mod. After a while of playing my restaurant, it started to crash almost every time I had the restaurant open and was playing as the chef. I know this is mod related because when I removed my mods it stopped crashing, but I cannot for the life of me figure out which mod it is. I posted my issue in Carl’s discord and he said it is not an issue he’s heard of with his mod and that his mod shouldn’t cause crashing. I made sure all my script mods were updated. I did 50/50 and thought I came across some corrupted cc that was causing issues and removed it, but then when I put all my mods back in it crashed again. I also repaired the name and removed the localthumbcache every time I changed something in my testing. I updated my computer. I turned down my graphics settings. I checked the Mac permissions. I can play on the restaurant lot fine and just hang there, but as soon as the restaurant is open it will always crash about 6-7 sim hours into it being open. The only other thing I can think to do is try moving her restaurant to a different lot but I don’t really want to do that and lose all my stars and perks. I have no idea what to do anymore, I love this save and legacy and I don’t want to lose it
