Game gets stuck in time at 4am.

At exactly 4am my sims will freeze in time and the time will not progress. i've tried it multiple times and i cant get it past this point. i cant go to manage worlds or save after 4am.

ive tried alt f4ing and then playing in a different household when the time runs over but this won't work either. i've also tried splitting my household as this was a suggestion i saw on reddit. this happened to me a few days ago too and that time being in a different household fixed my issue. this only happens in 1 save but this is the only save i play in ): . 

 i've tried to disable mods and CC but this just causes my save to not load at all. Please help ):

    anyone that finds themselves here, it was because of some praline sims eyes that i found using 50/50 :)

    It's been the same for me since the March update, except for me it happens at 6:00 a.m. every Sim day. I have to just sit and watch them fidget for about 90 seconds, and then the clock starts moving again and they get on with their day. It's annoying.

    I've never used any CC and only a couple of mods (MCCC and UI Cheats Extension). I started an all new completely clean game (the only way I could get it to stop the constant glitching and occasional crashing/freezing), and it ran fairly smoothly for a couple of weeks. Now that daily stall is back, this time at 3:13 a.m., and lasts for about half a minute (in real time). Other familiar minor glitches have also started to re-emerge. They are minor annoyances, but I'm thinking they will worsen as my save file grows and more flawed updates are imposed. That seems to be the pattern. I've loved this game for over ten years but I'm about ready to give up.
