Game Stuck on Loading Screen When Traveling

Whenever I travel with my sim, my game gets stuck in an endless loading screen. It doesn't freeze, it just won't load. The loading music still plays, plumbob is spinning, and the dialogue at the bottom of the screen changes (not trying to repeat myself, just trying to be clear). I force exited and checked my logs but there were no errors. When I went back in, I figured that maybe something was wrong with the game's High School so I put down a new lot and it worked fine, but that night when someone asked her on a date, it did the same thing when travelling to the date venue. Any tips for which mods or cc would be causing this particular issue would be really helpful, I've already tried the few solutions floating around but to no avail. I've also repaired my game and come across the same issue still.
