@pkxnvmtz81u4 Please make sure the custom content is in the folder Sims 4 is reading. Here's how to find that folder:

You can see the file path to the Mods folder that contains your cc by right-clicking it and selecting Get Info, then looking under Where. If these file paths don't match, for example if the cc is in iCloud Drive, that's why the content isn't loading in-game.
If this doesn't help, move the Mods folder to the desktop, launch Sims 4 to spawn a new Mods folder, download a fresh copy of one cc item, and add it, but nothing else yet, to the new Mods folder. Let me know whether the new item shows up in-game.
