households not showing up on copperdale HSY sims 4

I have the high school years add on, i want to play in copperdale but the households arent showing up?? like i click in copperdale and i cant even move any household because there arent any household...

But how is changing the name of the folder gonna help???

@beaarango94 When the name of the folder is changed and you start the game, the Game creates a new Userfolder. Sometimes this can help.
