Households only load when mods/cc are in game.

Hello, so yesterday I updated my game. I removed my mods/cc and updated. My saves and Trays were already backed up. I always check to see if the game is good without mods and cc after an update. I did this yesterday. When I clicked on a household it didnt load. At first it was just an endless loading acreen. I forced the game closed using "End Task." I cleared cache and tried again. Same thing happened. Household wouldn't load. I close the game. This time I repaired it. I try again, I try a different household. Still wouldn't load. But, this time I got error code 110:588ef9b4:936d3456. I continue to get this error code trying to load other households. So, I completely reset my Sims 4 folder. I try again with no mods/cc. Same results and same error code. I close the game and instead of Load Game (because Resume Game got me an endless loading screen at first) I try Resume Game again. This time, I get error code 110:d66834lc:186426le. So, I put my mods/cc in game to check just to see, and the household loads. After this, I tried all my mods/cc folders 1-4 folders at a time, starting with mods first. Each trial got me the first error code again. I try all cc folders next 2-3 folders at a time and got the same error again during each trial. But, when I put everything back in my mods folder altogether the game works just fine. All households load. By the way, I didnt check cas mode when I removed all mods/cc. But, I did check Build/Buy and that worked fine with no mods/cc. I also moved a household to an empty lot to see if they would load with no mods/cc and they didn't. So, this save file works. But, only loads households when all my mods/cc are in the mods folder. When I take them out, households don't load at all. But, Build/Buy works fine. I also check backed up saved thru the Load Game Menu and those got the same results over all.
