How can I unlock these Strangerville CAS parts without mods?

Hey, I'm trying to figure out how to get these assets in CAS for a scifi world I'm building.. This picture is by modder Rebel Creators I believe but do you know how to get them without mods? ...

@siirysiir The hazhat suit is obtained by doing the strangerville quests; the second outfit is the outfit for the curio shop owner; the military fatigues are from the military career, and the last two are from the secret service career

    @Idiosyncratic53 do you know if I can buy something from the curio booth to unlock both the hat and the vest? I figured that the career ones are relatively easy to get with cheating the career but that hazmat suit seems to be the hardest one. I was hoping there to be a cheat for it.. Like I just want to use these outfits in my own way, I don't want to play the Strangerville story just to get them.. :/

      @siirysiir You can find the hazmat suit in build mode since it's an item rather than a CAS thing so using build mode cheats you should find it
