How do I view/control pregnancy status on MCCC?

I have the updated version and I clicked on my sim and the only option is "list children." She is NOT currently pregnant but when she is, will i be able to see whether she is having a boy/girl, how ma...

You have to wait until she's pregnant, then click on her and choose the mc command center option, then the mc pregnancy portion. That will tell you what she's having and allow you change it from there.
