How do I view/control pregnancy status on MCCC?

I have the updated version and I clicked on my sim and the only option is "list children." She is NOT currently pregnant but when she is, will i be able to see whether she is having a boy/girl, how ma...

Actually you don't have to wait till she's pregnant as soon as she woohoos goes to the MC Command centre option and then the MC pregancy option and will tell you what's she having
