How large can merged packages be?

I'd like to merge my CC into packages (and yes I'll keep backup copies in case anything breaks) but I'm unsure if the Sims 4 has a limit size to its packages like the Sims 3 did (which was 200MB).

Does anybody know if there is a file limit size I should follow?
