Solved

How would I be able to use Eyelashes without turning off Laptop Mode.

I use CC and would really love to use Eyelashes without using ones that do not show fully. However, whenever I use lashes, they glitch on my sims in gameplay and leaves a blocky EA lash affect. However, reading solutions I tried to turn off Laptop Mode however when I do so the background of my game becomes choppy and saturated. I cannot play in these conditions and have to settle without visible lashes. I feel unable to use lashes.

  • @TaiKaiMiKo  Then it sounds like you know GShade is the issue, and you'll need to find something else to use or go without its features, at least for now.  I'd expect this kind of problem to be addressed in an update sooner or later.

I attempted that today however since I use Gshade the glitch was instead a deep shadow in the background of the testing sim. It looks better in neither circumstance. The dxdiag is linked below however I do not know what any of it means.

@TaiKaiMiKo  Please test without GShade, to set a baseline.  Your computer absolutely does not need laptop mode—in fact, you should be able to play on ultra graphics settings—so something else is going on.

@puzzlezaddict I believe one setting on my G-shade gave me that affect, (Retro Fog to be exact). My game ran fine for a few seconds until my random messing of keys made it crash.

@TaiKaiMiKo  Okay, just checking, but with GShade not running, the game on ultra settings (or close), and with laptop mode disabled, do your eyelashes look the way you'd like?  Does the game crash if you don't mash keys?

Hey, without G-Shade the lashes work fine without laptop mode + Ultra settings on. No blur only decent far away blur other than that it's linked to the G-shade active.
