I can’t start a new game or load CAS

i went on vacation a few times this summer & when i came back, my game was BROKEN TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF BROKENTIVITY. 
i thought my game was fixed, running smooth. Life is great right? wrong. I am unable to start a new game or load CAS. When i try, I get a white screen and that’s it. For hours. It appears as though none of my mods are broken. Does anyone know where to go from here? Please help!
