I can't buy anything in life mode in The Sims 4

Hi. I've had this problem for a while now and I haven't figured out what it might be. When I want to buy something (books, seeds, etc.) /cook something/write a book, a pink circle and yellow frames appear on the screen. I tried to turn the game on / off and it doesn't help. I will be very glad for any advice or answer. Thanks.

@KRISTYNAtyna Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

This is usually due to some outdated mod like UI Cheat extension. Download the newest version of that mod if you're using it.

Other mods can cause similar issues so make sure that all your mods/cc are up to date with the current patch level.

Can you please tell me which mods you had to update? I have updated most but still not able to work.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Same, have you been able to fix it yet? Because it’s rly annoying 🤣😭
I have tried updating so many mods and it won’t fix itself I have no idea what to try
