I wanted to start a new save to do the event quests in the new feb 3 update but my game is stuck on the moving screen where you start a new save and you first move into a new home. This is the first time ive seen this bug. I was wondering if anyone else have seen it. I only have cc in my mods folder. Is it a cc issue or a ea issue? If its cc, that sucks. Ive been making npcs in my library for days.
Momo_Lovely09 Please recheck Broken and Updated Mods and CC. There are new possible causes of this listed, which are related to CC spiral stairs (and possibly some other items) used in a build.
this is also happening to me! i made brand new mod folder too so none of my mods are outdated which is odd

This same thing is happening to me, it has something to do with my mods/cc but I haven’t figured out specifically what. If you’re able to resolve your issue let me know how 👍
me too, i encountered this after todays update in my old saves and a new one i tested in, i can’t enter any preexisting household or move in any new ones as it freezes on the confirm move screen, i cannot play at all :(
Momo_Lovely09 The only way to find out if it's a CC issue is to test with an empty Mods folder. Rename the folder so the game generates a new one, delete localthumbcache, and try again.
If that helps you, please let me know. I don't know of any newly broken CC, so you might be the person who helps locate it.
