@luthienrising I'm now removing Basemental and other mods that show up but it's not doing anything so far.

@Sunnie_0208 Do you have any mods related to inventory? You're going to have to do a 50-50 and check the mods you use for updates. You use a lot of adult mods - some of which affect inventory -- and we don't support those here.

I don't believe I have mods that specifically affect inventory (unless I'm not understanding this correctly, which might be the case), unless like you say, it's built into one of the adult mods.
I've updated all the mods that need updating.
I've done a 50/50 on the Mod folder twice now.
I understand adult mods like WW and Basemental are not supported here.
I've also tried my luck with this save/family without any of the cc and Mods and it sadly didn't make a difference.
The curious thing is that I've tried running the game on a different computer with an earlier save of the same family and the exact same mods and that game/save is running completely normally.
Could it be that the issue is tied to this save game specifically? Bc if I create a new save the load screen problem does not occur.

@Sunnie_0208 Given the number of mod-related LEs you have, you really should recheck your mod installation on that particular computer Consider also resetting the whole game folder on that computer: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling
I don't know of a mod that would cause Manage Worlds issues on one save but not another. But you can do a vanilla test to find out if that's the case, and then if it is a mod, do a 50-50 .
