Innisgreen not loading

When I try to load into the new world, the manage worlds button greys out and the screen goes white. I tried to repair the game but it got stuck and popped this up on the digital content thing that came with ordering the pack early. 

White world is usually caused by outdated TOOL. Please remove.

ok so i just bought Enchanted By Nature. already CAS was weird and i couldn’t see it in the pack filters so everything was mixed with everything else. whatever. move on. make a sim. time to put her in the new world. but there’s no new world….. literally it’s just all of the other ones and not innisgreen. i’m just so confused

I'm having the same problem. 

I pre-ordered the pack and got it downloaded, then I made my sims in cas. However, once i was done and tried to move them into the new world, the screen would go white. It is only happening in Innisgreen because i tried moving them to a different world and then moving the household in game and once i clicked on the new world the screen would go white and i couldn't click on anything. All of my mods are updated for the release so I am not sure what the issue is this time.

I'm having the same issue, where only Innisgreen won't load. All mods are completely up to date and they didn't even disable when I first opened the game after downloading the pack, which is always a good sign that everything is working as expected. Irritating, given that the first thing I wanted to do was play in the new world and I can't access it.

I will try that, do you know why tool would cause such a weird bug like that?

Thats how I feel about it too, someone above daid remove the T.O.O.L mod do im going to try that
