Installing To External Drive

Question

So I’m trying to install my sims 4 to a solid state drive, I changed the path in origin but when it downloads it does not show up in my drive, in fact it doesn’t show up anywhere but origin. Like I try to search Sims4 and nothing pops up in my application or any where on my computer. Any ideas on why it’s not showing up on my drive. I have the Samsung T7 Shield.&nbsp;

@lolssk&nbsp; Do you have a Mac?&nbsp; Please post the exact location where Origin think it's installing Sims 4, and also let me know whether the game actually launches when you press Play.
