Is there a mod that disables festivals?
Is there any mod that disables festivals or disables the notifications for festivals? I've looked everywhere :s

- I believe Bienchen has some that will disable the sound and possibly the notification. There's a thread here with a list and description of all their mods. I don't think it appears until later posts, but the most updated mods are currently being kept in a Simfileshare folder.
