ISO of hair mesh tutorial

Would anyone know a good video tutorial with voice that teaches how to create a hair mesh from scratch for blender I keep finding tut on cutting up in game hair and that isn't the look I am going for. That and the hairs I want to make you can't really peice together and have it look the way I want to achieve. I've already tried.
