items get stuck in baristas hand

i attached some pictures to this message, i have no idea if you can see them. but as you can see on them the barista is glitched. when my sims are at the coffee bar, the ordered items get stuck in the baristas hand. She keeps on making the orders, but when she wants to put it down on the counter, the game glithces and the item keeps on being in her hand. My sims pays for the order but never gets it. Even the npc's orders are stuck in her hand. After it kept on happening, i went back to my sims home and tried it again later. unfortunaley, it happened again. i got rid of every decorations on the bar, that helped for a bit. she put a few orders on the counter, but still some got stuck. 

I am going to be honest, but i have this expansion for a few years now. it is 2021 and still it works like 2 out of 10 times. how?
