Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new savegame.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
I did that before I posted my original message.
The lastexception you posted show that you still have mods so it looks like it was the wrong mods folder you moved,
I put them back because when I took them out I still received an LE For degree_tracker, so knowing that it wasn't caused by my mods, I put them back in.
- @BlackBirdBaby Was it just an LE you got or did something happen in the game ?
