Lost Gameplay Functions
Since the last update, I have no "Gameplay" functions. I have tried re-installing and repairing the game. I also deactivated all custom content. Has anyone had the same problem?

Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop, not just turning them off..
Delete the cache files

Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues
There has been many mods/cc broken by the patch.
If you have the 'More CAS Columns'' or “UI Cheats Extension”mods they were broken.
It would be best to remove them and update to the new version of these mods, that has now been released since the patch.
