I m using a laptop gaming and yes I m using some mods but not a lot. I didn’t Check whitout mods, I m going to do this 😁

Hello! I've been having this problem too.
I play on PC, dont use CC, i do use some mini mods, i noticed a couple of them weren't updated, so i did that and it fixed everything!
Pls update ur mods the right way: you delete old ones and add updated versions (!!! if u use MCCC or mods like that, dont delete settings file, so you dont have to do them again). Also delete the cache files so the game runs smoother (i recommend lilsimsie's video on the Sims 4 folder, she talks ab what you can and can't delete in there).
And my personal recommendation to make a spreadsheet of mods you use so you can see exactly what you have in your folder and when it was updated last.
THE MOST IMPORTANT! Simmers, always do backups!!!
