Married sims (both straight and same sex) won't woohoo with mods/ glitch out

I've got 2 save files both having the same issue. One save file is a married lesbian couple, the other a married straight couple. Every time I click "woohoo" for them, both say they aren't interested...

I've worked out what creator it is, so I'm working on which mod in particular that's causing the problem. It's one of Lumpinou's mods. I've just updated RPO again, but I have a sneaky feeling it's the LGBTQIA+ mod....as of writing this part, I have confirmed it is Lumpinou's LGBTQIA+ mod that has caused the glitch. Thank you so much for your help through this.
