MCCC issues.

Question

I have made a template save so I don't need to place a bunch of lots every time I start a new game. I probably have 40+ single YA sims so that my sims have people to date and marry. Some of these sims are already involved in relationships, like two EA sims called Mina Jeung and Meaghan Ford who came with Movie Hangout trailers. I decided Mina and Meaghan should be girlfriends. The first time I play the legacy I am starting, not only does MC Command marry them off to men, MCCC also married off about 80% of my town in the first night alone. I wanted story progression but not when every sim gets married that first night and it messes up everything I've done. Can someone help?

This is what Deaderpool wrote in the release changes post Removed the “Use Custom Population” setting from MC Population.  When MC Population was first made, there was actually a reason for this setting, but at this point, it’s a redundant feature.  If people don’t want MC Population functionality, they shouldn’t use a setting, they should remove the module just like any other module if they don’t want it.  Booted.  Good riddance!

You need to go to the settings and set the percentage of weddings you want as well as the percentage of pregnancies and a bunch of other things (that is very well explained on deaderpool's website).
Also, when you're in live mode, you can click on townies and open the mccc menu and it will allow you to do something specific with them that's different from your general settings (no marriage, no children, only same gender relationships, etc.)
