As I mentioned, I have tried removing all mods and cc, including the eyelashes etc. The screenshots I sent were non cc, which is weird since the glitch still happens. I removed my mods to desktop to check and unfortunately it didn't fix it.
@keiywee Make sure to delete localthumbcache when you remove any mods or CC. Test on a new save. You might need to try a clean folder or a Game Repair as well. I can drop you instructions for those, or do a quick search here as they're often explained.
@Amanj2204 @hayleyhedwards @XDarkRose121 @RestlessWitch Are you playing with any content in your Mods folder? Many, many, including many not yet listed in the Broken/Updated Mods pinned in this forum but that use custom menus, are now outdated. Please test without mods (and delete localthumbcache). See the first posts in this Mod and CC Issues Discussion thread (where you posted or were moved to) for other tips on managing your mods right now, and other known issues.
@RestlessWitch Try a clean folder + new save test: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.Open a new save. If everything is then working, you can add back a previous save to see how that is, then other content.
Hello, thank you for your reply! I have done as you say. Remove localthumbcache, repair the game. I even dragged the whole sims 4 folder to desktop and start a fresh one. However, I put my tray files in the new The Sims 4 folder (just to see if the two households that are affected got fixed) and ran the game. But they are still affected. What's weird is that I only see it in these two household which is my played household in a save. I should also clarify that the glitch happens both in and out the save.
Hi @keiywee . Tray files are your Library and shouldn't affect anything in-game. Do you have ANY eyelash mods? Two have been listed now in Broken/Updated Mods , and there could well be others newly broken.
When I select Tomarang from the world selection screen, nothing show as. It's just a blank white screen. The UI on top does populate.
What might cause this?
Updating TOOL and better build buy fixed this exact issue for me! Idk if you use mods, but if you do and have those Iād try that š
Hi @Misscriss1983 This is most often outdated All Worlds Are Residential or an oudated venue mod. Check the lists in Broken/Updated Mods .
