Mod for preventing random sims from showing up/knocking on door?

I tried private dwelling. It doesn’t work. I also mark front door and set no trespassing and that doesn’t work either. So I need a mod. The Ea team will not fix anything unless it’s puddles which apparently they think is the top of the issues list. Someone mentioned littlemssam. I will try that. I have more faith in modders anyway
